2. Orders
Orders placed through LosCazadores.com are considered accepted only upon issuance of a shipping confirmation email. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. Los Cazadores reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

Customers wishing to cancel an order must email support@loscazadores.com prior to shipment. No cancellation fees apply if canceled before shipment. If the item has already shipped, customers must initiate a return instead.

3. Payment
We accept all major credit cards. We are in the process of evaluating a potential partnership with PayPal; should PayPal become an option, payment terms will be updated accordingly.

Los Cazadores adheres to all applicable Texas sales tax regulations.

4. Shipping
We ship primarily via FedEx. Standard shipping is 2-day delivery unless legal regulations require overnight shipping (e.g., certain firearms or ammunition).

International shipping is not offered online. For international inquiries, customers must call our customer service line. International orders are subject to legal restrictions of both the originating and destination countries.

We adhere to all federal and state shipping restrictions, including but not limited to, firearms and ammunition shipping requirements. Firearms shipments always require transfer to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

FedEx is responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Claims should be filed directly with the carrier, Los Cazadores can assist the customer in this process but is not required to.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Customers wishing to return an item purchased online must initiate the return within 30 days of the purchase date by emailing support@loscazadores.com. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns made in-store beyond 30 days are at the discretion of the store manager.

Firearms, ammunition, and custom/special-order items are non-returnable under any circumstance.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

6. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, Los Cazadores reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Backorders are not permitted.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Los Cazadores does not provide direct product warranties. We assist customers with initiating warranty claims through the product manufacturer. To begin a warranty request, customers may complete the warranty help form, visit a store location, or call customer support.
