2005 - 2006 Price List and Processing Information- All animals are prepared individually. You will receive your deer, not someone else's.
- All weights are boneless weights - sausage weighed prior to smoking.
- USDA pork trimmings are added in a 50% mixture unless otherwise specified.
- USDA beef trimmings upon request priced at current market.
Skinning Fee - $20.00 per animal
Vacuum Packing - available for $0.10 per pound

Backstraps (Butter Fly, Tenderized, Preseason), Hams, Hamburgers, and Chili meats - all cuts are processed at $1.25 per pound boneless weight
Cajun Preseason - $2.00 added charge
Sausage
Links (Smoked or Unsmoked) Old German, Polish, Cajun, Los Cazadores Mix Hot, Loscazadores Mix Mild - $2.59 per pound
Summer Sausage - $2.59 per pound
Snack Sticks - $3.59 per pound
Breakfast (pan) - $2.19 per pound
Fresh Jalapeno, Cilantro, Green Onions added upon request $2.00 each
25 LBS MINIMUM ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SAUSAGES EXCEPT SNACK STICKS WHICH IS 10 LBS MINIMUM.
Jerky
Peppered or Mild - - $19.50 per pound
**You may donate your animal to feed the hungry. It will be processed and sent to the Frio County Food Bank for a $30.00 fee.
